The EUR district in Rome was designed in the 1930s for the construction of the headquarters of the Universal Exhibition of Rome, from which acronym it took its name, scheduled for 1942 but which never took place due to the outbreak of the Second World War. The complex was completed in the following decades, modifying and expanding the original project. This reportage was done in November 2024.
